What are the 7 Tools Every New Homeowner Needs to Own?

Are you planning on purchasing a new home in the near future?  You may want to consider having these tools in your toolbox when you move!

Cordless drill- A cordless drill can help assist you with hanging shelves to photos in your new home and can get the job done quickly!  It is also a great option when it comes to working around corners or in tight spaces.

Tape measure- If you are trying to make sure your TV is centered or determining if a piece of furniture fits into a room, a tape measure is something you need to invest in.

Level- Hanging pictures can be stressful or challenging and the last thing you want is a bunch of crooked pictures in your home.  A level can ensure your pictures are level the first time.

Extension cords- Extension cords can come in handy during the holidays and parties.

Pliers and wrenches- These can come in handy for tightening shelves and cabinets or even small plumbing projects.

Socket set-Your wrench set isn’t complete without a set of ratcheting wrenches with metric and standard sockets in different drives.

Screwdrivers- Be sure to stock up on different sizes of both flat and Phillips head screwdrivers.
